Throwing-everything-at-the-braise braise. Onion, celery, carrot, bottle of wine, beef stock, bay leaves, rosemary sprigs, tomato paste, peppercorns, crushed red pepper, anchovy filets. Special thanks to Working Class Foodies. Best smelling thing in the world that one can accomplish in 10 minutes. Now back to work while I wait 3 hours for dinner to be ready.
Only eat this well for lunch on farmer’s market day
