Meat pic-of-the-day.
Vegetarians will probably unfollow me but this is making my carnivorous teeth gnash. A nice cheap piece of beef and a well executed asian marinade left to its devices in my refrigerator for 12 hours. The thing I’m mentally noting here is that when I make my teriyaki, it’s not hard, include orange and peel and honey. To think all these years I’ve been using sugar.
