David Chang’s Bo Ssam recipe as done by the Working Class Foodies. CONSIDER IT ON MY TO DO LIST! Maybe even this weekend. Also, this is the best show on the web. Hands down. The comments blow my mind. They are actually thoughtful and engaged - even on YouTube! Max, Rebecca and Kit you guys are so talented.

Agreed, best food show around, tv or web. And this meal will be coming to my kitchen very soon.
