Made the 30 minute sichuan style chicken noodle soup recipe from last week. Took more like 45 minutes but that’s because I don’t exactly have much of a kitchen. The roasted chicken I bought was ok but very salty. I could have diluted the stock without killing it. Check that, I should have but was still delicious. My tongue is still tingling from the sichuan pepper and room still smells of cinnamon, anise and leek.
