I love pine nuts but they’re current about $20/lb. Those are some expensive seeds. Here’s an article with the scoop on the wonderful pine nut at epicurean.com.
I don’t intend to go all George Washington Carver over the pine nut but I might. If I ever disappear I’ll have become a farmer and purveyor of fine pine nuts.
