I’m having to watch this video in 30 sec increments, stopping to recover from abject fear and clicking play again. Via metafilter, what it takes to power your modern world. I never think the columns line up anyway. When all the accounting is done, which it never really is, that the numbers have any hope of matching up on the pro and con, the debits and the credits. Some thing is always losing way more than the other is profiting, non-zero vertigo here. This seals that suspicion for me. By my calculations he might as well be climbing to the moon.
